The Cardio Cruiser half lying position provides a unique, dual action and simultaneous motion. The arms and legs move in a powerful and downward curve. 95% of the muscles in the body are utilized. The major muscles in the hamstrings, hips, thighs, shoulders, arms, chest and back get worked. The fat is burnt and muscles strengthened while getting a supported workout, having no harsh impact to the back and joints. The five speed Resistance Accelerator can be used to customize the workout. It is moved down for a fast cardio cruise and moved up for a muscle-toning cruise. A beginner as well as a seasoned professional can use it as per their needs. The equipment has 7 levels of positioning. So, can be used by a person of 4’11” height as well as of 6’4” height. The user can hold a water bottle or a TV remote control. He can relax and watch TV while exercising. Guides and DVDs including information about assembling the machine and instructions for the workout are available. There is also a separate program for the reduction of fat. Along with this machine, a proper Fuel Plan should be implemented. Then, the machine will offer a whole new way of strengthening the body.
