Home gym is an airy, ventilated and a peaceful place at home where one can exercise can meditate and do yoga. It is an attractive place that invites one more to exercise. Home gym is much cheaper option than crazily expensive gyms. It is a multi function trainer.


In todays busy life attending gym regularly consumes lot of time and it is also important to remain healthy, so the best way out is to develop a home gym. An exercise buff and a health conscious person will prefer a home gym as one can exercise any time he is free. The exercise machines that can be kept in home gym are like trade mill, stationary cycle, weight lifting systems. One can go step by step in building a gym through books, videos, supplements and equipment to make best gym that suits the goal and is within the budget.

Tips to develop the home gym:

1. Space is needed to develop the home gym. It can be any spare room in the house, a basement or a part of the room.
2. Plan a home gym according to the needs and goals one want to pursue in fitness, like aerobics require more space, muscle building need more weights and while doing yoga one needs peace.
3. Room should planned in such a way that it gives pleasing appearance to the eyes. It can be done by putting happy colours, wall murals and photos of people exercising which gives motivation.
4. Choose quality equipments and do not buy complicated equipment which needs instruction. Read the instructions properly.
5. Relaxing music helps to motivate while doing exercise and yoga.
6. If possible also buy a mini refrigerator for the gym to put water, lemons and fruits.

1. Skipping rope is the best option to work out and is available at the cheap rate.
2. Slimming belt: It helps in reducing the weights from the parts the belts is used. It is mainly used by the persons who are lazy to exercise. Slimming belt reduces weight by giving vibration on particular part.
