The spinner bike or the spin bike is actually a cycle. But there is a little difference between a conventional cycle and spin bike. A conventional cycle can be ruin only on the road but a spin bike can be run only inside. It might sound quite stupid but it is actually true. A spin bike works on the same principal on which any other conventional cycles or bikes work. However the only difference is that there are no tyres to this bike. There is a seat and a chain that is moved by a pedal but there are no tyres. The whole bike is suspended in the air and is rested on a stand. There is a meter attached to it in which the speedometer is placed and also the distance. So you can say that it is a simulation of the cycling exercise.

However there are many benefits that are attached to this machine. You can do all your cycling by just staying at your home. You will not be affected by the outside noise and pollution. Moreover you will not be facing any interruptions due to traffic etc. Now there are many spin bikes that are available in the market so you should be very careful while purchasing one. Moreover you should also see the specifications that meet your requirements and purchase accordingly.
